The machine should be working perfectly and in the ideal case as well contain a complete set of accessories (vests, electrodes, cables etc.)

As the device is to be used for private purpose to support a medical therapy, traces of use like scratches or similar optical flaws are not a problem. The important fact is the price, because it is a private buy.

The machine can be picked up. If it is sold by a company (e.g. a gym) VAT should be stated and the invoice should be sent to Switzerland (export without VAT).
