4 people can train on the Spirit Fitness Multi Jungle at the same time and in the smallest of spaces. Each of the 4 training stations has its own weight block. The 4 training stations are: height-adjustable cable pulley, rowing pulley with bench, triceps cable pulley station and lat pulldown training station.
Height-adjustable cable pulley station

The height-adjustable cable pulley offers users an incredible range of exercise options. The height-adjustable pully allows a wide variety of pulling and pushing exercises to be performed. This variety of training options offered by Spirit Fitness Multi also provides athletes with ideal conditions for sport-specific strength training.

The training handle supplied can be replaced with almost any other handle.
Rowing pulley with bench

This training station is ideal for performing the rowing pulley exercise and thus building strong back muscles. Of course, the supplied handle can also be exchanged for other compatible training handles.
Triceps cable pull station

The Trizpes cable pull station has a permanently installed back pad. Based on this, the isolation of the triceps during the exercise is even better.
