In HYROX competitions, you compete with others on an identical course in indoor arenas. The choice is yours: start alone in the open or pro division, form a duo or join a relay team. Regardless of location, the format remains the same - eight challenging functional exercises, each followed by a 1-kilometer run.

What makes HYROX special is that there are no time limits and you don't need any special qualifications to take part. Everyone is welcome and more than 98% of participants finish their races. Equipped with a timing chip, you can even compare your results globally and qualify for the HYROX World Championships, which will be held next year from June 7-9 in Nice, France.
Since its launch in Germany in 2017, HYROX has built up an impressive global presence and now takes place in over 40 locations worldwide. In 2023 alone, over 125,000 people took part in the events. The next chance to join us in Germany is on March 16 in Karlsruhe, April 13 in Cologne and April 20 in Berlin.
