FIBO 2024, which takes place in Cologne from April 11 to 14, is once again inviting visitors to a unique event where, in addition to the latest fitness trends, the focus will be on spa and wellness offers, which are becoming increasingly important, especially in the hotel industry. The demand for wellness offers is experiencing a peak and the desire for professional fitness facilities in hotels is also growing steadily. FIBO picks up on these trends and creates a platform that makes it possible to combine athlete-level training experiences with first-class recovery and regeneration.
With a program specially designed for hotel directors, spa managers and buyers in Hall 8, FIBO combines exhibition space with an extensive range of presentations. The aim is to show participants innovative ways to successfully implement attractive fitness and wellness offers in their facilities.
Anke Brendt, Product Manager of FIBO, emphasizes the growing enthusiasm for a holistically healthy lifestyle and announces that FIBO will be even more international, innovative and inspiring in 2024. The "Spa & Wellness" meeting point is an important component of this, with its own lounge, a lecture program and a wide range of networking opportunities. In cooperation with renowned partners such as the German Wellness Association, a wide variety of themed days will be organized to cater to the diverse interests of visitors.
Each day of the trade fair will have its own theme: while Thursday will focus on the national hotel industry and present the Aktiv Hotel Award, Friday will be the meeting place for the international industry with the International Day and English-language presentations. Saturday is dedicated to the latest trends in the wellness & spa sector, including the presentation of the benchmark study "Spa & Wellness 2024". The closing event on Sunday honors the best spa managers with awards and offers guided tours to make important industry contacts.
