Precor EFX 576i cross trainer

The cross trainer provides an excellent full-body cardiovascular workout and targets many muscle groups. The elliptical training sequence allows the user to complete a safe fitness workout with little strain on the joints.

Different muscle groups can be trained by adjusting the angle of inclination of the CrossRamp. A variety of movements from hiking, cycling, climbing, jogging and skiing can be simulated.

The device is approx. 2 m long and 1.8 m high. It is a professional device from the gym, used but in very good condition.
