This power rack set consists of top functional components and guarantees a first-class range of exercises. The heavy-duty J-hooks and flip-down spotters enable all relevant barbell exercises. The integrated lat pull-down station (weight plate holder 30 mm as standard; 50 mm optional) enables a wide range of pulling exercises via the upper and lower pulley without the need for conversion. Ball-bearing pulleys and plain bearing guidance of the weight carriage ensure silky-smooth, jerk-free running.

The direct weight transmission ratio of 1:1 means that there is no loss of load / no bottle effect! Equipped with adjustable knee pad support and footrests, ensuring safe positioning during training. The Indexing Multi-Chin-up is a unique pull-up bar that allows 60 different grip positions. The swivel/locking mechanism makes it quick and easy to set the desired position; the non-slip knurling ensures a secure grip.

With a height of 224.5 cm and generous frame dimensions, this rack offers optimum freedom of movement. A power rack station in the usual ATX® quality - first-class workmanship and outstanding functionality!
