Description
The "Taurus ERGO X" has hardly been used (< 20 times) due to illness and can be considered as good as new.
The device is disassembled according to the instructions and is available unpacked in individual parts for collection by the customer (Recklinghausen district).

Description of the device:
- Combination of cross trainer and ergometer with LCD display (requires three AA batteries)
- Robust steel frame with large air wheel as air brake (pedal and manual operation)
- Stable footrests and various grip options for pure upper body training
- Pre-installed interval programs (shown on the LCD display):
o Display of the training profiles
o Display: Time, distance, speed, watts, RPM, calories (with chest strap not supplied also heart rate)
o 3 interval programs (one freely programmable)
o 3 (or 4) target programs: Time, distance, calories (with chest strap not included also heart rate)
- Simple height and length adjustment of the saddle
- No external power source required, but the display needs three AA batteries
- Assembly and operating instructions (English) available (German is available as a PDF file on the Internet)
