Sports Art S775 Pinnacle Trainer can function both as a standard stepper and as a highly advanced personal training machine. The transformation of the device is achieved by adjusting a few handles, which requires no effort – everything can be done with one hand. Changing the settings affects the muscles being trained and the difficulty level of the exercise. There are three adjustable settings available:

Changing the pedal inclination:

Adjusting the pedal inclination shifts the user’s position from vertical to inclined, allowing for greater engagement of the gluteal muscles.

Changing the leg width:

Adjusting the leg width affects the intensity of the adductor muscle training.

Easy adjustment of the upper limb support:

This feature personalizes the device for each user, making it an ideal tool for personal training.

The variety of settings and configurations makes this device an ideal cardio machine for personal training. A personal trainer familiar with the device’s construction can adapt it to any user, making it a versatile tool for their work.
