Description

Gymfloor® - Rubber Tile System artificial turf tile 20 mm

Item no.: RTS-20-MP

The original Gymfloor® Rubber Tile System is a modular floor tile system for the individual design of functional training and equipment areas. The tiles are made of highly compacted, black rubber granulate in a 50 x 50 x 2 cm format with a top finish! This modular tile system comprises a black base plate, the artificial turf tiles and flattened edge and corner elements (ramps), which can be used to create individual "functional training" areas. The green artificial turf fibers are deeply incorporated into the base granules (pressed and bonded) and are therefore extremely abrasion-resistant and durable. Laying the tiles is quick and easy. Depending on the requirements, we offer different connection solutions that

which you can apply yourself quickly and easily to join the individual tiles to form a non-slip surface. (No full-surface bonding to subfloors is required, so the surfaces can be flexibly redesigned/extended as required). We would be happy to advise you on the design of your individual training area!

Manufactured in the EU.

Installation:

Loose laying on all firm subfloors such as concrete, asphalt, screed, wood, tiles, laminate, short and firm carpet and plastic coverings with named subfloors. Thanks to their excellent flatness and non-slip underside, the tiles are very slip-resistant. Depending on the nature of the substrate and the requirements, the tiles must be bonded or glued together. We offer various joining / bonding options for this purpose:

+ removable, spot bonding with double-sided adhesive tape

+ Welding with welding adhesive

+ joining with the optionally available plastic connector Gymfloor® Rubber Tile System - Connector-Frog

+ if necessary, full-surface bonding with 2-component **polyurethane adhesive

** not available in our store

Note:

The substrate does not require any special pre-treatment, but must be firm, level, dust-free and dry. The elastic covering easily compensates for minor unevenness. Exact longitudinal cuts or recesses can be made quickly and easily with a carpet/installation knife.
