The FASZIUMPLATE is an innovative training and therapy device for deep stimulation of performance, mobility and regeneration. Based on the biological Schumann frequency, it stimulates the fascia system without the use of active force - gently but penetratingly.
The device uses an electric motor to generate a rotational-horizontal oscillation in the frequency range from 7.9 to 13.3 Hz. The oscillation takes place in 9 finely graduated stages with an amplitude of 2 mm. The special feature: This vibration does not have a superficial effect, but reaches the vegetative nervous system and promotes relaxation, blood circulation and mobilization deep down.
