Maximum compatibility and flexibility

The ATX® Jammer Arms B4 can be attached quickly and without tools to all ATX racks in the 500, 600 and 700 series with a 50 mm or 100 mm grid dimension. This allows you to design your training flexibly and switch between different exercise variants - without any time-consuming conversions.

Made from solid 60 x 60 x 3 mm square steel tubing, the ATX® Universal Jammer Arms B4 - Series 500/600/700 are extremely resilient and can withstand a weight of up to 250 kg per pair. The ball-bearing pivot axis ensures smooth, vibration-free movement and gives you a professional gym-like training experience.

Optimized movement sequences thanks to weight support in front

A special highlight is the slightly forward offset weight plate holder (Ø 50 mm). This design improves the resistance curve for numerous exercises and makes your training even more effective. In combination with the U-handle (Ø 30 mm) with diamond embossing, you have a secure grip and optimum freedom of movement at the same time - perfect for fast and explosive movements.
