The new ATX® resistance band adapter sockets for barbells are a very useful accessory when training with resistance bands.
The adapters are simply pushed onto the weight plate holders of the barbell bar and serve as a stop and spacer for the weight plates and, of course, to hold the resistance bands. The great advantage of the adapters is that the weight plates are kept stable in a fixed position without jamming the resistance bands or disturbing the movement sequence during training by rubbing the plates together with the bands.
- Suitable for all dumbbell bars, jammer arms and all equipment with Ø 50 mm weight plate holders
- for holding resistance bands up to 10 cm wide
- can be positioned in front of or behind the weight plates
- make it easier and possible to change the resistance bands without having to loosen the weight locks
