The ATX® Loading Pin 30 mm is a versatile training accessory for strength and grip strength training. It is loaded with weight plates with an internal diameter of 30 mm and allows you to perform a wide range of exercises. The sturdy eyelet can be used to attach pull handles or bands with a carabiner, allowing you to use the loading pin flexibly - whether for pulling exercises, grip strength training or in combination with an ATX® Wrist Roller for intensive forearm training.
