Thanks to this lat pull extension with plate load system, you can add numerous training options to your existing ATX® Smith cable rack and invest in maximum training results!

This functional extension offers you cable pulls from below and above so that you can stimulate your muscles in a variety of ways with cable pull exercises. For example, vary between lat pulldowns on the upper cable pull and seated rowing on the lower cable pull to confront your back with training stimuli from different angles. Thanks to the flexible plate load system, you can adjust the training weight perfectly to your fitness level. The spacious weight plate rack with 10 spikes also offers you space to store your weight plates safely and within easy reach.

The lat rack also includes an integrated dip station so that you can get all the pressure muscles in your upper body into shape. After all, dips are among the most effective basic exercises for chest, shoulders & triceps!

Lat machine

  • Plate Load lat pull-down station with pull function from above and below - can be used without conversion!
  • Large extension of approx. 157 cm from the training bench seat (H 45 cm) to the lat pull-down bar
  • Loss-free traction resistance 1:1
  • Absolutely smooth and easy running thanks to slides with integrated maintenance-free plain bearings and double-sided solid steel sliding shafts for optimum muscle load!
  • Knee pads for lat pulldown exercises - height-adjustable in 4 positions and can be folded down to save space
  • Sturdy and non-slip rubber-covered stepping boards for stable support during all seated rowing exercises
  • Extra wide, ball-bearing mounted special rope pulleys with V-shaped rope groove also enable inclined pulling exercises
  • Length of the weight plate holders approx. 25 cm

Integrated dip station

  • Permanently mounted - can be folded up or down in just a few seconds
  • Ø 50 mm thick rubberized handles
  • Handle width max. 65 cm
  • Ø 20 mm strong safety locking pin
  • Optional available dip belt (D-BELT-ATX), can be coupled with the lat pulldown to increase the training resistance

Weight plate rack

  • With 10 chrome-plated 30 mm weight plate holders as mandrels - 5 on each side
  • the spikes can be screwed to the posts at individual intervals to suit your weight plates (14 holders per side)
