With their three-dimensionally adjustable mechanism, they offer you a unique training experience that takes classic jammer arms to a whole new level. Whether strength building, athletics or functional training - this professional option gives you full control over the range of motion, grip variations and resistance curve.

3D technology: freedom in all dimensions

The ATX® 3D Jammer Arms RRL-600 can be adjusted both vertically (12 positions) and horizontally (6 positions). You can also use them in a free-swinging version. This gives you almost unlimited possibilities to adapt movements to your individual technique and exercise form. The whole thing is secured using precise magnetic bolts - simple, quick and reliable.

Convenient height adjustment with roller system

The integrated roller function ensures particularly easy and precise height adjustment. Ball-bearing rollers, a double handle and a stable locking bolt make the adjustment comfortable and safe - perfect if you want to regularly adjust your Jammer Arms for different exercises.

Optimized strength curve thanks to weight horn

A highlight of the ATX® 3D Jammer Arms RRL-600 is the additional weight horn. This upstream weight plate holder noticeably improves the resistance curve and intensifies the training stimulus for numerous exercises. The weight horn can be individually attached via the hole pattern and can be flexibly mounted with a quick-release screw knob.

Variable grip options for even more training variety

The multi-grips with non-slip diamond embossing guarantee you optimum grip - even during fast and powerful movements. You can also extend the Jammer Arms with rotating handles to expand your training options even further.

Robust construction for the toughest workouts

Made from solid 60 x 60 x 3 mm square steel tubing and sturdy 6-8 mm steel plates, the ATX® 3D Jammer Arms RRL-600 can withstand even extreme loads of up to 300 kg. With a weight of 45 kg per pair, they stand for uncompromising stability and durability. The high-quality powder coating in matt black provides additional protection against wear and tear.
