Spring Energie consists of a rectangular, elastic board made of phenolic resin, 80.5 cm long, 33.5 cm wide, 12.5 cm high and weighing 8 kg.

The surface of the horizontal plane is coated with non-slip marine varnish. There are "ears" at the four corners in which the springs can be placed.

The Spring Energie support has been specially developed to prevent it from tipping over when placed on the edge of the board and to keep its properties permanently unchanged. Spring Energie is extremely robust and can withstand vertical force peaks of up to 1000 kg! The support surface is made of elastic and non-slip material and is the size of a conventional step. This gives the platform an anti-traumatic, proprioceptive and neuromuscular strengthening effect. Spring Energie can be used both as a conventional step and with special programs to improve its properties.
